You will need your CSU login and password to sign in.
Go to https://csuohio-csm.symplicity.com/ to access your account.
Login
Go to website: http://csuohio-csm.symplicity.com
Click “Student/Alumni” option
Enter CSU ID and password (this is the same password you use for Campus Net)
Your Profile
Select the desired view (e.g. Personal, Academic, Career Outcomes, Social Media)
Complete relevant profile information
Personal Statement (What are you seeking? When? How long? Etc.)
Education (Include your skills and interests, think beyond your major!)
Experience (Provide dates, title, company of past and/or current positions; describe duties and experiences)
Projects (Any academic or professional past or current projects)
Skills (Key words of skills you’ve developed)
Click SAVE to save all your profile information
Documents
Be sure to have labeled your document
Click “Add New”
Click the corresponding bubble for the document type you’re uploading (resume, cover letter, writing sample, etc.)
Click “Browse” to select your document, choose document and click “Open”
Once desired document has uploaded, click “Submit”
Job Search
Select “CSM Jobs” under the “Jobs” tab, on the left pane navigation bar
Use “Search”, then enter key words, job function, location information
Click on “Filters” to refine your search results
Click “Job Titles” to view the jobs
Check out recommended jobs based on your qualification status
